Welcome to Module Five of Sacred Roots!

In this module, we begin the healing work itself, diving into the sacred process of healing the dead. We’ll focus first on the older dead in Lesson Eight, where we’ll work with those ancestors whose names we don’t know—which is the vast majority of the lineage. Then, in Lesson Nine, we’ll shift our attention to the more recent dead, those whose names we know, including the ones with whom we have personal connections.

As before, this module contains two lessons, so be sure to leave yourself ample time to fully engage with both. This time, however, there are fewer additional materials, as the focus of this module is entirely on the healing work itself. The core of the work lies in the videos and audio journeys. Everything else is kept to a minimum to ensure you can fully immerse yourself in the healing process.

• Monthly Live Gatherings—***PLEASE NOTE*** For February 2025, our live gatherings will be the FIRST Friday (not the second as we’ve been doing) at 5:00pm MST, and then the fourth Friday (as usual) at 11:00 AM MST.

  • These live sessions are a space for us to come together, share where we are in the ancestral healing process, ask questions, and support one another. I’ll also guide a ritual journey to the hearth room and then hold space silently. This way, we can all benefit from the collective energy, even if we’re working on different steps in the process. Time and again, I’ve seen how powerful this shared energy can be—it often brings a new level of clarity that’s hard to reach on our own.
