Welcome to Module Three of Sacred Roots!

In this module, we will hone our witnessing skills. Now that we came to know (in the last lesson) WHICH lineage we’re working with for this cycle, we’ll learn a bit more about who is in this lineage as well as its general present condition. Then, our ancestor guide will show us the original wounding—the first time our wound of focus occurred in this lineage.

Just like last time, this module contains two lessons, so be sure to leave yourself ample time for both of them.

As always, the only essential parts of the lessons are the videos and main audio journeys. Everything else in the module serves to support or deepen those experiences. Feel free to explore all of it at your own pace, returning to the practices as often as you’d like.

If at any point you feel overwhelmed or have questions, know that I’m here for you, and so is our community chat. Let this be a relaxed and enjoyable experience—we’re in this together. 💖💖

• Lesson Five Audio Journey—This is the main ritual journey for lesson five where you’ll witness the first time the wounding happened on your lineage of focus.

• Monthly Live Gatherings—We’ll gather on the second Friday of each month at 5:00 PM MST and the fourth Friday at 11:00 AM MST. These live sessions are a space for us to come together, share where we are in the ancestral healing process, ask questions, and support one another.

  Time permitting, I’ll guide a ritual journey to the hearth room and then hold space silently. This way, we can all benefit from the collective energy, even if we’re working on different steps in the process. Time and again, I’ve seen how powerful this shared energy can be—it often brings a new level of clarity that’s hard to reach on our own.
