Welcome to Module One of Sacred Roots!

In this first month, we’re laying the foundations that will support us throughout the entire journey. These foundations are not just for connecting with the ancestors, but also for creating a strong, stable ground to return to in times of uncertainty, or when we seek refuge.

Our three main goals for Module One are:

1. Establishing our energetic boundaries

2. Creating our hearth rooms

3. Meeting our primary spirit guides

While this might seem like a lot to dive into, rest assured it’s all designed to flow smoothly. The only essential part is our Lesson One Ritual Journey, which will guide you in creating your hearth room and meeting your primary guides. Everything else in this module serves to support or deepen that journey—so you can explore at your own pace.

If at any point you feel overwhelmed or have questions, know that I’m here for you, and so is our community chat. Let this be a relaxed and enjoyable experience—we’re in this together. 💖💖💖

• Lesson One Audio Journey —This is the main ritual journey for lesson one where we will create our hearth rooms and meet our primary guides.

• Link to Lesson One Chat—This is our community space and I invite you all to post your questions and share your experiences there. There’s nothing quite as magical as building friendships through this work.

• Monthly Live Gatherings—We’ll gather on the second Friday of each month at 5:00 PM MDT and the fourth Friday at 11:00 AM MDT. These live sessions are a space for us to come together, share where we are in the ancestral healing process, ask questions, and support one another.

  Time permitting, I’ll guide a ritual journey to the hearth room and then hold space silently. This way, we can all benefit from the collective energy, even if we’re working on different steps in the process. Time and again, I’ve seen how powerful this shared energy can be—it often brings a new level of clarity that’s hard to reach on our own.
