Oh this is wonderful! I'm going to give this a try tomorrow instead of my regular meditation. What an amazing response to your query, such a deep insight.

Thank you, Troy! 🤗 If it feels good to share about your experience with the meditation, I'd love to hear about it. I find my experience is a little different every time I do it.

I tried the meditation, and found I was able to expand my awareness from the negative aspects of a situation to remember also the positive aspects, something that we "know" but don't always KNOW, if you get me. Patience, time, compassion were my takeaways.

Lovely meditation overall - I might have wished for a slightly slower pace and some short silences after each visualization to allow me to sink more deeply? The concept overall is immensely powerful. Thank you, Jenna!

That's wonderful, Troy, thank you so much for sharing! I know what you mean...I easily get stuck in the negative, or only seeing one aspect of a situation like I have blinders on. Honestly, sometimes I even find it annoying when this meditation helps me open to another perspective. There's that bratty part of me that just doesn't want to think bigger. Lol. Then I have to go through a whole different process to get her on board. But it's all worth it! 😁

Thanks for the note on the slower pace! You're absolutely right that more time to visualize is essential. I will definitely take that advice going forward. ❤️

Love this Jenna. I so get this. Found this true in my own life as well. I like sitting in the dark, and the darker it can be the better. I find it amazing how the eyes adjust to whatever light is available, bringing in the fullness of the space that is not available with a beam of light like from a flashlight.

Was great to go on this journey with you. Great metaphor! This broadening of the perspective. Opening to new meanings. To see life more fully. I love the information that is available in the dark. It has an incredible power all its own.

Thanks, Julie! Yes to darkness. Not too long ago I attended a lecture from a woman who talked about our collective addiction to light. I thought that was a very interesting take. I know that I, for one, don't spend a lot of time in darkness. I do in my own room at night or in the early morning. Just being with darkness that way. But I don't make a habit of going out into nature (or even my own neighborhood) in the darkness. I bump up against all kinds of fears when I think of it. This feels like something I want to open up to though. Thank you for bringing this to my attention!

Jenna!!! This is so beautiful! WOW!!! To turn off the flashlight and see my life with my own eyes when they have truly adjusted to the dark, to the depth of my inner knowing, to the depth of the greater cosmos, to the depth of the consciousness of everything, is SO INCREDIBLY POWERFUL. I am slightly blown away at the moment.

And then to bring that greatness back into one moment in time so that my physical body can articulate it and understand it... this is so powerful.

Thank you Jenna. Thank you to your Guides.

Thanks, Sam! I loved this lesson from my guides. Infinity really is right here with us, and in us. ❤️

This is literally a lightbulb moment Jenna! I love the perspective this gives you and that actually if we were to see it all or at least all at once, how difficult we would find it to still live in human form and navigate it knowing what we know. It's such a powerful way of looking at things. It is such profound wisdom that comes from you and your guides, it's truly magical. Thank you xx

Oh Jenna, this is just amazing. I love the information and perspective your guides gave you. Just reading this has changed something in me - and I haven’t even had a chance to do the meditation yet! (I am at work). Thank you so much for this gift. Blessed dark winter solstice, friend. ❤️

Thank you, Liz! And blessed solstice to you too! When my guides told me about turning off the flashlight, it really changed something in me too.

"Then turn off the flashlight." Whew... profound wisdom.

Really enjoyed this piece, and your voice is PERFECT for guided meditations. While this time through was just me listening in the background, to get a feel for the energy, I look forward to trying this as intended very soon.

Thank you for sharing it 😌

Great article Jenna! I love the idea of the warehouse! The idea of the lights coming on and finally getting to know everything! I’m not sure what happens when we die but I like to think that the Universe has great land for us!

Hi Carole! I like to think that too. And the little glimpses I get from my ancestors make me believe that we're in for a treat.

Thank you Jenna. I just listened to it while I'm on a ferry to go see my sister in the hospital. The message I got was this is her journey and she's doing it exactly as she needs to. No matter how shitty it feels or how much I just want her suffering to end, the path is not going to change, no matter how uncomfortable it makes me.

This is not my planned Solstice activity. It is a painful reminder that all things die, and then there is a new day. I pray that this longest night is her last and tomorrow she wakes to see everything in the wearhouse at the beginning of her soul's next stage.

So sorry to hear this. I hope your sister is able to comfortably make her last journey from this life and goes on to her next wonderful life! 🩷🩷

Marie, thank you for sharing this here and trusting me with your profound vulnerability. I lit a candle on my altar for both you and your sister, and am holding you both in so much love. I know there are no words of comfort at this time, but I have asked all your spirit allies and beloved dead to surround you both; to support you and be your strength, and to ease your sister's journey. You are a beautiful, loving sister and that is more than enough. I'm here if you need anything else. Blessings upon blessings to you and your whole family.

Thank you for the candle and holding us in your heart. I'm waiting for the ferry home and I think I'll fall into bed when I get there. Nor feeling up to any rituals tonight I'm so glad to be included in yours! 😊

Thank you Jenna. She's improving some. I want to be thankful for it but her overall prognosis is not very good. I feel shitty for not wanting her to continue existing if she will be in a nursing home. I really believe there is a huge crowd of family and friends waiting to celebrate this season hope and rebirth with her in her next stage.

What you're going through is so hard, and all of your feelings are perfectly valid and understandable. This time of year makes it even harder in my opinion. I also believe that there is a huge crowd waiting to celebrate with her, and they are all with her (and you) right now too. I have an altar for my subscribers and I will keep a candle lit on it for you both. Sending you love and hugs!

Maybe it was the candle on your alter but my sister has rallied and will be moving to a nursing facility. After really wanting her to be free from the struggles in her future I am trying to accept her journey isn't finished here yet.

I won't visit her until I've finished my antibiotics for the MRSA boil that showed up last week. Self-care gets forced if it's ignored. 🤷 Is it the new year yet? 🙂
