I loved reading this, Jenna. Our ancestors go back to the caves and not only do we carry their DNA but also imprints on our collective memories of how they lived their lives on this planet, interacting with the environment and with each other. We're tethered to them, and therefore, we can tap on this connection as we continue to move forward as a species. Healing new and old wounds is, of course, very much a part of this dynamic process.
Oh Jenna! This is such a wonderful offering for this time in our evolution, and this time on Gaia. I truly believe that our ancestors are so important for our future. It is how we can support, relate, heal, empower and notice them and therefore our true essence that this importance will be felt more deeply in our lives and on the earth.
Beautiful Jenna! Love how you really spell it out so clearly. I loved the part of getting to know ones ancestors that are further out than the ones we can name. I have found so much value in this. My ancestor guide that I am currently working with is so amazing and wonderful.
I LOVE seeing how much your relationship with your guide means to you. That's been my experience too. There's just nothing like it. To know that feeling of reunion with a beloved that we didn't even know we were missing, to know that we have always been held and deeply loved by these ones, puts all of life in a new perspective. ❤️✨❤️
Not my path but I do admire how clearly and respectfully you’ve set this out. Anyone who comes along in with you on this journey clearly has a wonderfully sensitive and thoughtful guide.
Jenna, I love how you answer those questions that are so important before we start making those connections. It's beautiful and two way relationship, but there are definitely boundaries to be understood, which is why it's a good idea to have a guide on the journey. It's such a gift that you are giving to be able to access the wisdom of our ancestors.

Can't wait!!! 💗
Me too, Siobhan! 💖
"Forgiveness doesn’t mean condoning." Great phrase. In the forgiveness, we are healed.
Thank you so much, Louise! I know forgiveness can get to be a bit of a sticky topic, but I've found it really does make all the difference.❤️
I can’t wait. This process has been so rewarding!
Back at you!
Your presence and engagement has enriched the process for all of us! Love you, friend!
