I'm astonished at the depth of wisdom and generosity you bring to your practice, Jenna, and the enormous value you bring to your readers. Sacred Roots is going to be an awesome journey...
❤️❤️❤️ YAY! I'm so excited to connect with you more and more through this work. Thank you for showing up for this. You are making such a difference for the entire collective. 🙏😍
Hi Jenna, I’m in the midst of reading a book called, Heal your wounds & find your true self, by Lise Bourbeau, so I’m interested in reading about your class. And in the meantime, I absolutely love the image you share above, and I’m wondering if this is art you create? It’s so beautiful 🙏🏼❤️🕊
Oooh, I don't know that book! (and I'm always up for buying a new book 😁) Is it one you recommend?
Thank you for noticing the image! 🤗 I created it with Midjourney and then some tweaking in Canva. The prompt I used for Midjourney was "A metaphysical, colorful, beautiful image of a person sitting in the center of a great field of energy, surrounded by the luminous shining ancestors."
I'm not yet sure if I recommend this book, as I've only just begun reading it. But you could at least download a sample of the e-book to see if you like the look of it. I like how she writes about 5 main wounds, and the masks we use to cover them up rather than heal the underlying wound...
Wound => Mask
Rejection => Withdrawal
Abandonment => Dependence
Humiliation => Masochism (emotional/mental)
Betrayal => Control
Injustice => Rigidity
p.s. this is such a beautiful photo of you here too! https://spiritconnections.love/about (and I'm imagining those precious stones are the ones that represent your subscribers? so lovely🥰✨🌟💖🙏🕊️)
😍🤗 Thank you for the sweet words about my photo! And, yes, that is my bowl of subscriber stones (it's such a treasure to me). What a good eye you have!
I'm intrigued by the list of wounds and masks. Thank you so much for sharing that info. This does feel really relevant to my work with the ancestors. Right now I feel especially drawn to think about the work mask in this context. Mask as a response, as a coping mechanism, which can in turn become a wound itself. I think I will download a sample of this book!

❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you, my friend! You just made my day!
My heart started racing as I read through the modules. Something deep within me is fluttering with excitement for the year ahead.
