This was SO helpful, thank you! The Court cards have always felt a little elusive but your explanation is helping me ground them a little more - going to save this to keep coming back to x
Thank you Jenna! I love pulling cards and enjoy Tarot from an outsider's perspective of not knowing anything about how the cards actually work, I simply believe they are powerful and interesting. Reading your article makes me want to take a deep dive into learning them so I will have it bookmarked for the future and be passing on this article to my friend who uses them regularly. I appreciate the way you have made it so straightforward, seems much less overwhelming.
Thank you so much for reading and sharing, Donna! 🤗 If you do take a deep dive (or any kind of dive 😁) into the cards, please let me know what you discover. The tarot is such an ongoing, ever-unfolding journey for me and I love learning how others see it. ♥️
Thanks, Melissa and thanks for reading! 💖💖💖 My relationship with the tarot has been s l o w and unfolding over decades, still constantly evolving. It's so entirely subjective and context-dependent. But I can't stop loving it! 🤗 Do you have an oracle deck you like? I'm always in the market to try a new deck.
I developed an oracle deck years ago called Earth Cards - very simplistic. I used them for about 30 years as part of giving mediumship consultations. Alas, I have never (not yet) gotten them published. You know, money was an issue. However, I do love Wisdom of the Hidden Realms by Colette Baron-Reid. The graphics are gorgeous and open my symbolic eye while using them.
That's amazing that you made your own deck! Really an incredible thing! I was recently looking at a company called Vervante (for doing some print on demand notebooks for a workshop) and noticed they also do print on demand card decks. I can't vouch for their quality or anything, but thought I'd share what I saw. Let me know if you do end up getting them printed. I'd love to buy a deck!
Wow, thanks. I still want to publish them. Hopefully in the next year. They are designed for beginners to use and make great spur of the moment draws. I appreciate the click for Vervante I'll look it over and see what comes up! This interaction with you has been great!
Courts are a challenge aren't they! I always like to hear how others view them and I love your take on them. Especially relating to the symbology of the castle. That is great, and makes so much sense.
This is amazing. Thank you so much 🥰 now I get it 💜🌿🌷❤️♥️🙌🏽♥️
I'm so glad! Thank you!

I will definitely be letting you know because I'll be asking five million questions😆
Yay! I can't wait! 🤗 You and I are so kindred. I seem to be a neverending font of questions!
I am liking, and feeling, the kindred❤️
Very helpful indeed... also seeing each court as a castle with a certain character... that immediately sinks in...
Thank you, Bertus! I'd love to know your take on the court cards. You have such a gift for seeing patterns and relationship.
Thank you as that was generous of you
That's me! A beginner in Tarot. Not sure if it is my thing or not, but I really love the way you organize it. So easy to understand. Thanks so much!
