I LOVE this post and the ideas in it. I have always tried to keep an open mind and heart to the metaphysical since my son died, because I don't want to miss a single thing should he happen to grace me with his presence. There have been some profound and some subtle, and I never want to overlook it.

That's so beautiful, thank you for sharing it Kristi! I believe with my whole heart that love is eternal and connects us across all times, places, and dimensions. It's the core of all the work I do. Sending you big love! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you Jenna. I may or may not have believed it so strongly until I lost someone. Now, I'm wide open to believing all the things! 😊

Eye opening! And it makes total sense ♥️. And that message in the candle 🙌🏽. Blew my mind!

Jenna, you did a fantastic job of explaining concepts that can be difficult to articulate. I have never thought about healing ancestral wounds in exactly this way before. Our physical bodies are a microcosm of the timeline, this means we may be closer to the healing than the ancestors. This is a new idea and it resonates with me. I love the ritual and will open myself up to seeing what comes up.

The ❤wick is an amazing physical reminder, thank you so much for sharing this amazing, and important story.

Thank you so much, Donna! I feel like the conversation we had about the value of our attention plays into this too. I can't quite put my finger on the specifics of it yet, but I feel it's all related.

Yes that chat is sticking with me too. Let’s let it sit and see where it takes us, something will show up.

"We are the living face of our spirit teams. We are the incarnated altar of the ancestors. We matter to them and our actions matter to them." Thank you for your sharing Jenna, so grateful.

I don't know how I missed your comment until now, Jenni, but thank you so much! 🤗💖 Knowing that we are each the incarnated one on a whole team gives such a sense of belonging. We truly are never alone, and this brings me immense comfort.

Oh yes, I meant to add this into my comment too. Thanks for saying what was in my head Jenni!! We are the living face of our spirit teams. THIS is what I hadn't really explored before and I love it.

The way I have come to understand the process: When we are on this side of the Equation, we are in a very dense body, and this density is the key to being able to process through and release Stuck Materials - turning the lead into gold, if you will - with the proper teaching combined with our Inner Wisdom.

On the other side of the Equation, astral forms simply aren't dense enough to clear Stuckness effectively. The Shadow and Healing work we do while incarnate not only benefits us in the here and now, but also our ancestors and our descendants (through either direct blood relations or later incarnations) along the lineage lines.

I have experience in riding different/alternate timelines, so I could take a shot at interpreting the teaching you received if you're interested.

Sure, Victoria! I'd love your interpretation! 🤗

This is the important part: Whatever it is, in whatever way it shows up, know that you are witnessing something that Spirit needs witnessed. You are having a positive impact and you are relating well.” I do the same thing as you, and it works. People do this. See what occurs. Fantastic stuff. ❤️

Jenna...I really enjoyed reading about your interaction with your grandfather and your ritual. Thank you.

I am deeply invested in genealogy research. Your feelings regarding your cauldron ritual remind me of the emotional tie linked to my research. Over the years I've unearthed some of the most traumatic, provocative, disturbing details regarding my ancestors' lives and relationships. Always...after I emerge from my research I feel clarity and calm and a deep connection to the individual(s) as if we've worked to bring peace to one another and move our collective narrative (as a family) forward into the light. I agree with you...the relationship is indeed, reciprocal. ♡

What a beautiful experience!💖💖💖 And that's how I see it too, healing the collective. There's such a profound sense of belonging in that, isn't there? I worked as a genealogist many, many, many years ago and it's still a passion of mine. There's nothing quite like getting to know someone by the little bits of paper clues that they let us find. 🤗

I wanted to sit with this Jenna as it is powerful stuff! It has completely shifted how I see my own wounds and how they are presented, not for me to hold and to suffer, but for me to witness, so that my ancestors may be free. I've never felt it before as a cry for help from them to be set free and I feel so much compassion for them. I have done this work with other people where their ancestors have lined up the same for healing, it really is something that has a profound affect on a multidimensional and generational level. Thank you for sharing your most precious gift and oh that candle! So beautiful. 🙏

Thank you for this and for sharing your cauldron ritual. One of my biggest takeaways (and a hard lesson learned years ago) was discovering that people don't change in death and that the work of healing continues even after you have dropped your physical body. I will try your ritual.♡

Hi Yolanda! 🤗 That was such a big lesson for me to learn too! As you said, the healing continues after death. It's nice to know we can do something to help from time to time. I'd love to hear your experiences with the ritual if it feels good for you to share about it.

This is really beautiful, i have done some ancestor work and i think that as we heal, we pass it through the timeline to them too, but this is a beautiful ritual. You will be making such a difference to them everyday, and I have never seen a candle wick do that either. ❤️

Relating so much, it’s a post in and of itself! 😄Just appreciating your journey, your humility and your deep listening. We are definitely here to bring the soul fragments back into wholeness with great heart, and we are all uplifted when fragmented wounds are compassionately witnessed and welcomed home. Thank you for doing this beautiful work. 💜🍃💜

I, too, feel an undercurrent of urgency in my work which is not my favorite thing since I tend to move slowly through the world. One step at a time, I suppose. Forgive my ignorance, but what is a CE5 effort?

Wow! That gave me full body chills! I have no doubt at all that your dream was a visitation. That's really incredible. It COULD be (and I'm just brainstorming here) that the ancient one/neanderthal was a sort of guide, a grandfather guide, on a lineage of the ww2 gunner. Very often, for me, the guides that help me work with ancestors and their wounds are from long, long ago, from before the first instance of a particular wound showed up in the lineage. But that's just my experience. I think it's absolutely beautiful that your heart and soul were open to receiving this encounter, and I feel to my core that your conversation around the campfire was the exact witnessing this man needed. I'm fascinated by this! Thank you so much for sharing this with me. If you get any more insights about it, please do let me know. ❤️
