I have been searching for a word for how I perceive things. “Psychic” isn’t quite right… “clairvoyant” doesn’t fit either… though both are true, I’m looking for a word that is simultaneously wider and wilder. Less concrete and more open. “Sacred sense” beautifully encapsulates this experience of awareness of the Otherworld I experience. Thank you! Will definitely be incorporating this into my vocabulary!

Yay! 🤗 Thank you, Allysha! I agree, words like psychic, clairvoyant, medium, etc have never felt right in terms of my personal experiences. To me, they feel more like labels and so they feel too narrow, too defining. I love that Sacred Sense feels “wider and wilder” to you! That’s juicy! 💖

This is beautiful Jenna. Our whole being as one sensory organ. You and I are on the same page regarding the separations and fragmentation of our being. This disruption by pulling us apart into pieces! Love that you instead looked at what holds us together. Letting that be the focus. The network, web. mycelial tendrils, fascia, that keeps life connected. ♥️

Thanks, Julie! ❤️ I love that you brought up mycelial tendrils. To me, the fascia system is exactly like mycelium! And I really love how much your post on the connecting of Lilith and Eve goes along with this…weaving things together. I can’t remember where now, but I recently read something that talked about learning to see dualities not as oppositions, but as complementary forces. It’s such a simple concept, but it feels like the key to relationality to me.

Yes I agree. They may be two sides to the coin, but it is after all one coin. I like to think of them dancing. The magnetic tension they generate together, taking turns leading.

Dancing…I love that!

I absolutely cannot wait to do this, I think this has been a missing link in what I've been experiencing Jenna. It's also a big clue as to how we will communicate and receive information in the future. It's so interesting, thank you for bringing it to the table! 💗

Ooooh, this gave me chills! I love the idea that we’ll all communicate this way in the future. 💖💖💖

Jenna, this is really beautiful. Sacred Sense. What a beautiful name.

I have to share that when I am in physical pain I lay down and imagine my fascia gently unraveling. I have used this as a way of self healing for many years and it helps on such a deep deep level. What you write here takes it to another level as when the pain can be unraveled a deep profound connection can be felt with something greater...Source, Spirit, Goddess etc...Then I usually fall asleep and in that sleep feel deeply held in that Sacred Sense and Healing energy.

Thank you for this. This is beautiful. x

What a beautiful practice, Sam! I’ll have to try this with pain. I’ve done something similar with anxiety or overwhelm….I’ll imagine warm divine nectar melting into all of my fascia. I’m going to try the unraveling. Thank you so much for sharing that!

I love how you are unravelling your exploration of the Sacred Sense beyond the '5 senses'. It reminds me very much of questions I've been holding myself... but I didn't think of the fascia at the time.

Excellent sleuthing work into the mystery, Jenna 💙 🙏 ♥️ I love how you are sharing the unfoldment of this process, flowing into the suggestion of a lovely exercise for tuning in.

Thank you so much, Veronika! ❤️ I keep coming back to the fascia as something really important. I’ve been learning a bit recently on Jean Gebser’s work and when I read about his idea of verition, I immediately thought of the fascia as plane of verition (if I understand the term correctly). My intuition and guides tell me that the fascia will become ever more important as we go.

I think you're right. The fascia seems to be literally the fabric in which the body stores the memory of our experience (until fully processed).
