I have ADHD and autism, so sometimes I struggle without a structure. Thats why having the whole planned is so helpful for me. I've already had some epic visions and am attempting to take notes on it all and use it in my life.
Thank you so much for putting this together. I have printed the calendar page for the month and attached it to my wall. I try tomwork with my shadow a lot but I am really excited to follow this guide for the month.🌻
Masking previously undiagnosed autism gor over 40 years has done a lot of damage.
Thank you so much, Yānā! Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions while you're working through the pack, and know that you're not alone on this journey. 🤗💕
Jenna I love that you wrote that this is not "about transforming our shadows into something else, but, rather, transforming our relationship with shadows." And at the core, our shadow only wants inclusion. Again, relationship. I have found for myself that shadow work is not about going down some rabbit hole into identifying with it, but rather letting it teach me, show me what it needs. A conversation. A RELATIONSHIP!
And Jenna, thanks for your packs. A very generous and beautiful offering.
"Our shadow is crying out for our inclusion" - Matt Auryn's quote...This quote and your own "our shadow can just as easily be our inborn talents or our unbridled joy" This is so beautiful, so real, so expansive.
I too believe strongly that our shadow is not be be hurt or transmuted, rather it is to befriended and loved. It is the par of us that holds so much magic and empowerment. It is part of us...just a light is the day, and darkness is the night...it is part of us, and we can not live with one alone.
I also really like your idea of making a poppet. What a friendly way to embrace that once feared part of us.
Thank you, once again, for your incredible generosity in creating this beautiful downloadable pack Jenna. I appreciate Mat Auryn's definition of our shadow aspect, it's brilliant, when we couple it with this monthly ritual of befriending this aspect of our being it is a beautiful, powerful thing. xox
I am already finding the pack so useful.
I wanted to thank you again.

I'm also looking forward to this and was very struck by that quote too.
❤️ I'm so glad you're doing this, Safar! Let me know if I can help in any way.

Thank you so much, Donna! ❤️❤️❤️
This looks like a great project, Jenna!
“The shadow is an aspect of ourselves that is crying out for inclusion.”
I love this definition. It resonates with my explanation of shadows of archetypes:
»The shadow of any archetype turns up when the archetype itself suffers suppression.«

I even made up a ‘Greek Myth’ for that one:
Mythos, the daimon of words, stories, tales and legends
Thank you, Veronika! ❤️ I look forward to reading your myth!
