I love the idea of joy being the path to self-rescue. So glad Bertus pointed me in your direction, Jenna.

Oh yes...the rescuer...I relate to this so much...for a long time I was working from my shadow self, and after so much self healing I have now understood how the "shadow rescuer" lowered my energy and placed me in a spiral of shame, low self esteem and the need to be needed. I hold her dear now and let her know that we can feel the Sun upon our backs, we can send out a lifeline and if it's not taken we don't have to surrender our own line and that we can choose now to walk a different path.

Thank you Jenna. This was a very profound healing post for me. 🙏 I'm just holding my hand now and sitting in the sun. x

Oh, Sam, I love that image of you holding your own hand and sitting in the sun! ❤️❤️❤️ That's so beautiful and such an inspiration to me. Thank you for that, my amazing friend!

“Perfectly on time” Jenna, at least for this human suit, earth – school traveler. Synchronicity seems to be the order of the day with a continuing unfolding of presentations, all tied into the same theme. Thank you!

Jenna, I love the interaction you brought forth between the Sun card and the Rescuer! How fun, the Rescuer gets rescued! Releasing the burden of seeing things as broken and needing to be fixed. What if they are just fine as they are? Reminding me that life is all about impermanence. Change is the natural movements of life and it does not need to be fixed!

Another message is about trust... The shadow of the Rescuer is about enabling. They are not being generous guardians here, but one who has actually become complicate in the problem. As the Sun shines the light on this, it's like a wake-up call. Reminding me I can't doctor, rehabilitate or mend another person. They have to want this for themselves. Sometimes the best resolution is to trust the process, this greater unfolding. Be doing so I remove my tight grip off the situation. Trusting in the inherent ways of life. Standing by till the time to act is needed. Beautiful message here Jenna!

Oh boy, you nailed it with the shadow Rescuer. Trust, faith, is what can loosen their grip and bring them into the light. Sometimes I can't see clearly what is mine to do, or when my stepping in might even make things worse. Like today, there was a baby lizard in my kitchen. We stood still and stared at each other for probably a full five minutes while I was trying to decide what I "should" do. I knew if I tried to grab him with my hands, I'd likely kill the tiny thing, so I thought for a moment that maybe he'd find his way back out of the house the way he'd come in, but then I thought if he didn't he'd probably starve to death and that seems a worse fate even than my accidentally squishing him. To rescue or not to rescue, that was the question. In the end, it was a team effort with me, the lizard and some universal force that made it all work. The lizard tilted his adorable teeny head then made a beeline over my foot and right towards the sliding glass door. I was able to simply reach out and pull the door open while the little guy zipped outside to food and freedom. All I ever had to do was trust in that universal force. ❤️❤️❤️

I’ve been sitting with this reading for a few hours now—I can feel it echoing for me. What’s coming to mind is this:

I don’t have to prove myself to anyone. I don’t have to convince people to like me by being of service to them. I can just be myself. That is enough.

I hadn’t noticed myself falling into that pattern until I read this, so thank you Jenna. You’ve given me a much needed alignment check ♥️

❤️❤️❤️ "I can just be myself. That is enough." YES! It's one thing to accept being ourselves, fully and authentically. But then coupling that with knowing it's enough is where the real magic is. Thank you for bringing that wisdom, Kerani!

I love the way you bring the cards together in the form of a story. That makes the Rescuer’s overextension and correction both so clear and simple. Beautiful!

"What is our most authentic self that wants to be expressed after we’ve come out of the shadows or released a layer of shame? How can we let ourselves light up from within and truly come alive?" Just this question, again, the synchronicity... Thanks Jenna!
